They act as business advisors to an interesting mix of professional firms, financial institutions, sporting entities, public and private bodies and start-ups.

They are interested in opening discussions with an experienced corporate lawyer who will avail of a continuous stream of high value instructions married with a defined progression plan. This role will offer the successful applicant a ‘career fast lane’ with the firm committed to providing a platform to future industry leaders.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ experience primarily within a transaction focused corporate advisory role.
• You will be comfortable in a client facing role and have the ability to manage transactions with relative autonomy.
• You will have an excellent academic background, good technical and drafting skills and a good eye for detail
• You will have a high level of commercial awareness coupled with strong communication and organisational skills
• You will have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met
