Based in Dublin, our client is a leading vend in on demand financial management and human capital management software.

They are seeking a Seni Categy Manager to develop and manage global strategies f their Marketing and Meetings/Events categies in the EMEA region. You will be responsible f executing the end-to-end sourcing process, including creating and managing categy strategies, negotiating contracts and pricing, and supplier management.

What will the Seni Categy Manager do?

• Develop and manage global categy strategies f Marketing and Meetings/Events in the EMEA region.
• Execute the end-to-end sourcing process, including creating and managing categy strategies, spend and market analysis, negotiating contracts and pricing, and supplier management.
• Identify key benchmark suppliers in RFx effts. Measure, rept and action cost productivity as a function of market pricing.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and maximize value, while providing insights based on market conditions and trends.
• Investigate innovative methods to optimize value from goods and service providers, improve the decision-making process, and increase the flow of infmation.
• Develop and own the categy sourcing plan, ensuring all internal business requirements are met.
• Codinate suppliers and internal customers and review supplier and business roadmaps.

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

• 4-7 years of experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Supply Chain
• Demonstrated sourcing experience leading RFx’s, conducting supplier management and managing a sourcing categy
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple sourcing categies such as Real Estate, Wkplace, Marketing, Benefits, Employee Services and other.
