We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with 7+ years of experience managing construction projects within a main contractor environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Lead and motivate a project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and control expenditure to prevent overruns.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes, including sourcing and managing subcontractors.
- Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Oversee site inspections and ensure that the project is progressing as planned.
