Elusav recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Senior EHS advisor to join a Tier 1 contractor on a large scale and prestigious commercial project in Dublin 2. This is a permanent position.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular, formal site audits and inspections
- Complying with Covid-19 requirements
- Assisting site management in implementing H&S on site
- Ensuring operatives have adequate training for tasks to be completed
- Ensuring records of statutory inspections are kept for all activities and plant equipment
- Organising and chairing weekly H&S meetings for sub-contractors and assisting in closing out arising actions
- Delivering H&S inductions for new employees working on site
- Conducting accident investigations
- Investigating environmental incidents
- Reviewing sub-contractor safety statements and ensuring required method statements are available on site
- Generating method statements
- Assisting the project manager in developing specific construction phase plans, traffic management plans and environmental management plans
- Managing and making recommendations for PPE required for all employees
Qualifications:
- Recognized HSE Degree or Diploma
- Ideally 3 + years experience in construction
- You must possess a full driving licence
