And that’s just the beginning of their story. They are now transforming the power system for future generations. Be part of the change!

Their focus is on safety, security and reliability. Their work environment is challenging, fast-moving, collaborative and team orientated. Their culture is driven by performance, knowledge and continual development. Their people are committed to reducing Ireland’s reliance on fossil fuels and making decarbonisation a reality – while providing a safe and reliable electricity supply in a way that secures the future for those who follow them. Their future has never looked more exciting. And this is an incredible opportunity to be part of it. The world is ready for change. If you are too, join them.

They have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused, resilient and motivated individual who is interested in leading a team of Project Managers in the Connection Projects team to help co-ordinate the delivery of key infrastructure projects for some of the biggest companies in the world.

You will support the Head of Connection Projects in end of year reviews and assist with the annual performance management process, providing input to target and objective setting. You will lead the training and development of new and existing staff in order to develop their project management competency.

They will look to you to represent the company externally at conferences and events, delivering presentations and engaging in external forums and bodies such as Wind Energy Ireland as appropriate. You will lead in engagement and coordination with their partners including meetings, reporting, relationship management, and general communication as applicable to the project management.

You will co-ordinate a portfolio of connection projects, ensuring that appropriate project controls are in place within the team having regard to budgets, schedule, quality, risk and overall prioritisation.
