This is a long-term rolling contract with a company known for its collaborative, contractor-friendly culture and a hybrid working model that gives you the flexibility to balance on-site collaboration with remote productivity.

As Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll provide both strategic and hands-on leadership — guiding your team through the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from early concept and design through verification, validation, and successful product launch.

You will:

• Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams delivering complex, high-impact medical device projects.
• Drive the full New Product Development (NPD/NPI) lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and innovation.
• Collaborate with global experts across engineering, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and clinical functions.
• Apply strong engineering insight to overcome challenges and ensure delivery of world-class solutions.
• Promote quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR).

Skills / Experience:

• Proven leadership within medical device R&D (Class II or Class III experience preferred).
• Strong technical and engineering background with a passion for innovation.
• Deep understanding of design controls, regulatory pathways, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative, proactive leader who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.
