Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Description:

Design, develop, and maintain custom monitoring solutions, including scripts, and plugins across the relevant infrastructure technologies. Build data pipelines and data processing systems to ingest, store, and analyze log and metric data. Create custom dashboards and visualization tools to display real-time performance metrics and monitoring data in a user-friendly manner.

Automate the deployment and configuration of monitoring agents and configurations. Develop automated incident response procedures and workflows to reduce mean time to resolution. Lead technical deployments that involve multiple IT teams and stakeholders.

Maintain comprehensive documentation. Mentor junior engineers and share expertise across the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning & innovation. Provides on-call support, 1 in every 4 weeks - week long rotation of 24/7 on-call support, includes weekends

Experience/Skills Needed

7+ years of related work experience including: Enterprise administration experience with two or more of the following APM/Monitoring/Event Management tools: Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk Cloud, CRIBL, SolarWinds, ServiceNow Event Management
