- Assist with the assembly and management of multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Regular and frequent reporting to Clients.
- Undertake negotiations on behalf of Clients to achievement of optimum development outcomes.
- A business-like approach to invoicing and debt management.
- Assist with the training, coaching and mentoring of more junior members of the team.
- Assist with the implementation of the Team’s Business Plan (i.e. helping grow the business through a variety of practice development activities, including preparing fee proposals and tenders).

- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate private/public sector experience;
- Hold an accredited (IPI or RTPI) town planning qualification;
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Irish Planning system;
- A member of the Irish Planning Institute or Royal Town Planning Institute
- A genuine passion for town planning and placemaking
- Driven, ambitious, commercial, and great at building/maintaining business relationships
