Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

An opportunity to join a high growth San Franciso based tech start-up, who is establishing their European operations here. As one of their first hires you will form an integral part of their tech team, as they further develop their substantial, recurring revenue and existing customer base of top global brands.

They are looking to continue that growth by hiring a QA Engineer who will ensure quality and stability of a tool that impacts millions of users. You will work with a cross-functional team to plan, manage & execute QA for thier two main products.

While in the role, you will be involved in:

• Develop robust QA plans to minimise testing time, retaining maximum value
• Manage and execute the verification process of releases to production
• Manage QA of customer projects
• Identify areas for maximum value from automation

The person:

• 3-4 years' experience as a QA Engineer, must have experience in testing complex web applications.
• Experience in cross-browers testing
• A deep curiosity and drive to improve customers’ experience
• An eye for detail, and understanding of how software users interact with interfaces
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Passion and hunger for learning new techniques
• Enthusiasm in collaboration and an ability to communicate effectively with people of varying technical levels
