Responsibilities:

As a Senior R&D Engineer, you will:

• Lead the technical development of endoscope probes from concept to validation, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, overseeing the delivery of critical work packages.
• Take ownership of probe specifications, including components, subsystems, and packaging.
• Drive technical studies and root cause analyses, delivering impactful solutions.
• Conduct detailed data analysis, presenting findings through comprehensive reports.
• Play a key role in project planning, contributing to design requirements and verification tests.
• Oversee outsourced manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality and company standards are met.
• Support the development and validation of new test methods, contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of R&D experience in the Medical Device sector.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A strong understanding of medical device design, regulations (e.g., GMP, QMS, ISO), and design control processes.
