Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive focused on driving new logo growth within the EMEA region. This is a mid-career to senior-level role, perfect for a results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of financial technology solutions and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Key Tasks
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the EMEA region, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding Kyriba's market presence.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the EMEA market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting and reporting.
- Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their needs and positioning Kyriba's solutions effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Kyriba's offerings.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and contractual agreements to close deals that align with Kyriba's business objectives and deliver value to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in the EMEA region.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.
- Strong understanding of financial solutions and the ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
