Senior Sales Manager

 

Description:

As the Senior Leader, you are responsible for hiring, enabling, and managing a team of EX Sellers within the Majors, Commercial, and Mid-Market segments. You will define strategy and overall business planning for accounts that fall within the segments. You will provide feedback, coaching and training, ensuring team quota attainment, driving activity levels, and implementing process efficiency changes to drive maximum productivity. You are responsible for both net-new customer acquisition efforts as well as cross-sell efforts into existing Zoom relationships.

You Will:

  • Build and lead the regional sales teams to success by fostering a culture of sales excellence through rigorous discovery, innovation, integrity and client satisfaction.

  • Be a salesperson, with a desire to be in the detail and support your team on calls with customers and collaborate with the team to execute against our sales targets.

  • Ensure excellence with reporting, pipeline management and client happiness.

  • Be an innovator that will help our team discover new ways to sell our service and drive new business initiatives.

  • Develop, launch and execute an effective sales strategy designed to deliver on team goals.

  • Prepare and present sales presentations to Executive and C- level prospective clients.

  • Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through the successful implementation of our solution.

  • Communicate regularly and effectively with Sales Operations, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and maintain accurate records in all internal CRM and reporting tools.

  • Drive team growth through effective and strategic hiring.

  • Continuously work to educate and promote growth for direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience managing a high performing team rapidly growing industry segment (ideally) in Employee Experience, Unified Communications or Employee centric technology SaaS technology sales

  • Experience of leading/selling business transformative solutions in the areas of Digital Workplace Transformation.

  • Inspiring leadership persona, focussing teams on a philosophy of sales development & execution through a business outcome & client satisfaction approach.

  • Demonstrable experience as a consistently high performing Sales Executive in a Technology company.

  • Expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development and people management skills are required.

  • Thorough and demonstrable knowledge and execution of sales methodology

  • The ability to manage complex sales situations and large projects.

  • Demonstrable excellence in communication & presentations skills with ability to build relevant & strategic messaging.

  • Collaboration and relationship skills

  • Detail oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, self-motivated.

  • CRM excellence, Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Fluency in English as well as an additional European language a plus
