What You Bring Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing), Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field
• MBA or Master's degree in Operations Management, Engineering Management, or related discipline preferred
• SAP Certification in Production Planning and Manufacturing (PP) or Quality Management (QM)
• Additional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or APICS CPIM are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 5-7 years focused on SAP Manufacturing (PP/QM/PM)
• Led or played key roles in 3+ full lifecycle SAP Manufacturing implementations from blueprint through hypercare
• Experience across multiple manufacturing environments (discrete, process, repetitive) and industry verticals
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
