Description:
As a Site Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Ensure that the project is executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers, to ensure project success.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs.
- Foster positive relationships with the project team and clients.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in commercial and warehouse projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
- Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
