Senior Solicitor

Description:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Property team, gaining a wealth of experience in complex real estate transactions. The candidate’s role will see them investment acquisitions and disposals, advising on real estate joint ventures, and advising on the real estate aspects of real estate finance transactions.

The candidate will play a key role in advising the firm’s client base, including banks, developers, and state agencies, in the most high-profile real estate mandates in Ireland. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s client base.

Essential Criteria:

• 4-8 PQE;
• Strong background in real estate transactions within a medium to large commercial firm;
• Demonstrable commercial awareness;
• Excellent academics;
• Negotiation skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
