The role of a Senior Solutions Consultant for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) is a high-impact blend of strategic architecture, pedagogical expertise, and technical salesmanship. As the primary link between client needs and educational delivery, you are responsible for diagnosing complex organizational skill gaps and designing comprehensive, scalable training ecosystems that drive measurable ROI. You don't just sell live classes; you curate blended learning journeys that leverage the full power of the Pluralsight Skills platform. This involves architecting solutions where the live experience is bookended by digital rigor: using Skill IQ assessments to establish baseline competencies and personalize the path, curating pre-course video content to ensure ILT readiness, and integrating supplemental post-course channels to reinforce retention. Success in this position requires acting as a trusted advisor who can shift from technical product deep-dives to high-level strategy, ensuring every ILT intervention is a flawless, data-driven component of a broader digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

  • Value-Driven Partnerships: Orchestrating our "Value Selling" methodology to transform customer struggles into comprehensive, high-impact learning solutions that demonstrate clear business outcomes
  • Strategic Sales Collaboration: Serving as the lead technical authority for the account teams to connect client requirements to our service capabilities
  • Solution Scoping & Discovery: Leading deep-dive scoping sessions with stakeholders to uncover the technical need, ensuring the resulting program is perfectly matched with the right instructor and platform resources
  • Proposal & Roadmap Integrity: Drafting and validating learning programs, ensuring delivery timelines, resource allocations, and pedagogical designs are realistic and scalable
  • Curriculum Architecture: Designing course outlines and programs to create a comprehensive, multi-modal learning experience
  • Territory Revenue Growth: Driving the services revenue engine within your assigned territory by identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring every proposal is optimized for both margin and learner success
  • Technological Foresight: Monitoring emerging industry trends and shifts in the tech landscape to ensure our clients stay ahead of the innovation curve

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Validated experience selling technical education training to corporations
  • Validated experience working as an overlay resource to a core sales organization positioning services to large enterprise companies and creating project plans and detailed statement of works is desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple lines of business including marketing, field sales, customer success, professional services, and operations
  • Operational proficiency balanced by highly-effective interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to influence senior-level customer decision makers, as well as internal leadership on forging a path forward
  • Good discernment with ability to simplify sophisticated technical subjects to ensure mutual understanding
  • Self-starter who is able to effectively time manage, prioritize, produce with autonomy, and provide visibility to key deals
  • Prior successful 7+ years of technical consulting services experience, working within technical education training services sales organization preferred
  • Prior success of 2+ years leading strategic enterprise technical sales cycles, ideally being a team lead
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
