About Your New Role

  • You will work onsite providing Level 2/Level 3 support for key clients
  • You will establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level and executive-level clients, serving as the primary technical point of contact
  • You will provide support for issues with networks, hardware, software, including on-call support when necessary
  • You will mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on complex networking challenges
  • You will act as an escalation point for more complex issues
  • You will design, implement, and manage complex networking solutions for clients, ensuring high availability and security
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
  • You will ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • You will work with other team members to maintain and monitor clients’ networks and infrastructure
  • You will stay up to date with the latest networking technologies and trends
  • You will act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and recommendations related to networking infrastructure
  • You will lead projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and documentation
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget

 

 

 

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience providing Level 2 support, with a focus on networking
  • Networking certificates (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network)
  • Proficient in networking protocols, SonicWall, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Cisco, Ubiquity
  • Experience with Azure, Office 365, SharePoint
  • Proven track record showing ownership and responsibility in projects
  • Project management experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with high-level clients
