Our client is seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Tax Advisor to join their leading tax advisory practice. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a high-performing, close-knit team of tax professionals, delivering best-in-class tax planning and strategic advice to a diverse and dynamic client base. You will manage established client portfolios while also playing a leading advisory role for new investors across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tax analyses and provide advisory services across a range of key areas, including:
- Corporate group structuring
- Business reorganisations and demergers
- Employee and executive share schemes
- Shareholder exits
- Transactional tax advice related to mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
- Property investment and structuring
- Family investment companies
- Inheritance tax planning
- Take ownership of and manage client engagements from start to finish
- Provide strategic advice to entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses
- Collaborate with tax specialists across other EMEA offices to deliver integrated solutions
- Participate in organising internal tax training and client-facing events
- Represent the firm at external networking events and client meetings
- Keep clients informed of relevant tax law changes and implications
Key Requirements
- A qualified tax professional (CTA, ACA, ACCA) with several years of post-qualification experience
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities
- Excellent technical and practical knowledge of corporate and personal tax matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a proactive team player
