About The Position
Globalization Partners are at the cutting edge of its industry and as part of the UX team you would be able to influence the future. We get to not only work on projects coming to us from the product team, but also get to make recommendations and see these get incorporated into the product features. We have well rounded set of skillsets in the UX team, including design, copy and research. We have our own design system that helps keep our designs consistent.
What You Can Expect To Do
- Collaborate with product teams to envision new capabilities, launch features and evolve existing functionality, informed by understanding user needs, business objectives and technical constraints.
- Educate and mentor other designers while setting the bar of quality in execution and process.
- Deliver detailed wireframes, user flows, visual design and artifacts to agile development teams and refine as needed during project sprints.
- Help maintain a library of components with other designers, ensuring that business, brand and user goals are met.
- Be an advocate for the customer and foster a shared understanding of a customer first approach in the organization.
- Confident in presenting and explaining creative ideas to senior stakeholders and colleagues.
What We Are Looking For
- 5-8 years experience with a track record of designing exceptional experiences for SaaS applications.
- Expert in, wireframing and prototyping tools with experience in Figma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate research insights to different stakeholders concisely and persuasively.
- Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
- You are naturally curious and enjoy tackling complex problems.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to help engage in design conversations with developers.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Have a good understanding of accessibility standards.
