Description:

This is a 360 Senior recruitment consultant role in which you will be given the opportunity to fast track your career and assist in growing a highly profitable desk. The role will require you to cold call, develop your own brand / network, meet with clients and candidates on occasion, head-hunt, screen candidates and manage relationships with both clients and candidates.

You will be given the opportunity to build & develop your own team and brand.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years experience in a 360 recruitment environment
• A proven track record in billings
• A third level degree is desirable
• Somebody who wants to fast track their career over the next 18 months
