Description:
We have partnered with a non-profit organization located in Sandyford, which is actively seeking a skilled Service Operations Manager to join their team overseeing and managing operational activities and contribute to the development of organisational strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the organisation
- Manage a small team of 4 professionals.
- Assess, develop / enhance, implement, and evaluate operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Support the implementation of organisation-wide goal setting, performance management and continuous improvement.
- Provide oversight of outsourced projects and resources.
- Liaise with key external partners.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and practices.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
