Site Engineer

Description:

Site Engineer required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a large-scale apartments project in North Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for a Site Engineer currently working with a main contractor, with experience on large-scale residential/apartment schemes, comfortable supporting setting out, quality control, and day-to-day technical delivery on a busy, high-density site. The successful Site Engineer will report to the Senior Engineer on site.

Role:

• Carry out setting out, surveying and quality control across a large-scale, high-density apartment scheme.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to the site team, resolving technical queries as they arise.
• Check works against drawings and specification, flagging discrepancies before they impact progress.
• Support sequencing of works from superstructure through to fit-out.
• Liaise with subcontractors, the design team and site management to keep technical information flowing smoothly.
• Provide CDM and Health and Safety input on day-to-day site activities.

Requirements:

• Currently a Site Engineer with a main contractor
• Experience on large-scale residential, apartment, or mixed-use projects
• Strong setting out, quality control, and site technical support experience
