As our Social Media & Sales Executive, you’ll play a vital part in expanding our supplier and venue network while growing our social media presence and helping plan unforgettable wedding expos. You’ll combine your sales skills with creativity and a deep understanding of social content that resonates with engaged couples. Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales by identifying, approaching, and signing up new venues and wedding suppliers to Weddings.ie.

Meet and exceed monthly targets for supplier and venue onboarding.

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms to grow our audience.

Collaborate with venues and suppliers on content partnerships, including co-created posts and stories.

Analyze social media insights and adapt strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Plan and support Wedfest expos, including attending in person (evenings and weekends around expo dates required).

Represent Weddings.ie online and in person, confidently promoting our brand.

Work closely with management during weekly meetings and check-ins to share updates and ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally with social media focus.

Interest in the wedding industry in Ireland is essential.

Ability to reach and exceed targets, with strong negotiation skills.

Confident content creator who is comfortable appearing on camera and engaging online.

Familiarity with analyzing social media performance (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Proficient with social media tools (Canva, CapCut, TikTok).

Self-motivated, organised, and creative with great communication skills.

Willingness to travel across Ireland for expos (expenses covered).

Flexibility to work evenings/weekends around events, with time off in lieu provided.
