Software Program Manager

Description:

The Program Manager will report directly into the Head of PMO and will have line management responsibility for a growing team of project managers and software consultants.

You'll manage and have ownership of a full portfolio of cutting-edge software projects (anywhere between 25-30 at a time)

You'll work with their most high-profile clients managing key stakeholder relationships.

The Program Manager will play a key role in standardising project delivery across different geographies and contributing to operational efficiency.

The Person

The is the perfect role for a Senior Project Manager seeking to take that next step in their career OR a Program Manager who is seeking more ownership and autonomy in their role.

The Program Manager will have a strong background in delivering ERP software.

You'll have previous management experience of project managers and/or implementation consultants

Strong background in change management

Experience of working within a vendor or experience of managing multiple software projects within an organisation.

Programme Management certifications or Project Management certifications.
