Barden is proud to partner with a leading client in Cork in their search for a Software QA Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced IT team, support software quality assurance across multiple platforms, and perform system testing and computer systems validation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Develop and execute test scripts, validating software across a range of technologies.
• Perform computer systems validation to ensure IT systems meet regulatory standards (FDA).
• Log software defects and provide detailed feedback to development teams.
• Develop, implement, and maintain test procedures, documentation, and testing tools.
• Opportunity to explore and help introduce automation testing.

ABOUT YOU

• 2-3 years of experience as a Software QA Engineer.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical or medical devices) is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Formal training in Software QA and proven experience in computer system validation across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
