As part of their expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Solar Solutions Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead for Fusion Solar & Storage projects, utilising the clients products as a solution.
• Engage directly with end customers, providing support to bring their solar projects to fruition.
• Collaborate with the clients internal local and regional teams to align technically and follow up on large tender contracts.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product offering, solutions, unique selling points (USPs), and the Irish electrical grid.
• Conduct workshops to present material on Solutions to key customers.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, addressing project challenges and providing optimised solutions, such as layout improvements to enhance system capex and LCOE.
• Coordinate with account managers for project bidding and follow up on issues during testing, workshops, and bidding activities.

Requirements:

• Proven industry experience with large-scale solar or storage projects.
• Passionate and motivated about solar energy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across cultures and countries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, able to work well under pressure with a calm demeanour.
• Proficiency in PVsyst or similar software.
• Understanding of grid requirements is beneficial.
