✨ Criteria Includes:

✅ Valid Teaching Council registration (Route 1 or 2)

✅ Degree in Early Childhood, Special Education, or related field

✅ Experience in early intervention or special education

✅ Strong work ethic & excellent interpersonal skills

✨ Desirable Traits and Skills:

🌈 Knowledge of autism-specific teaching strategies (e.g. TEACCH, PECS, Social Stories)

🌈Excellent communication and active listening skills

🌈Confidence using digital tools or assistive technology in education

🌈 A commitment to continuous professional development & willingness to upskill where necessary

🌈 Creative, kind, empathetic and patient.
