Description:
Brand new Marketing / Branding Investment
ROLE:
- Responsible for sales of high end design lead acoustic ceiling and wall panel projects
- Securing commercial projects such as office, leisure, hospitality, education, healthcare, music and residential
- 60% of your time will be spent securing specifications via Architects and Interior Designers
- Remaining 40% of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, specialist sub-contractors / fit out contractors and end users
- Also responsible for some technical on-site client visits as a technical point of contact
- Turnover target based on experience and further understanding of the Irish A&D sector. Realistic 1st years turnover targets
- Conducting CPD presentations and Lunch and Learns
- Initial 100% concentration on generating new business relationships with a view to the role being more of a split account management position
- Covering a territory which will incorporate the whole of Ireland ideally based from Dublin targeting key Architectural & Design firms
EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrable track record of securing specifications with Architects & Designers
- Contact base of Architects & Interior Designers in the territory
- Experienced in cradle to grave Specification through to Contractor sales: Fit Out / Sub Contractor / Installers
- Technically capable of reading Drawings, Assist on site with installers and provide technical guidance to clients
- Experienced in sales of high end aesthetically pleasing products such as: Interior Glazing, Wallcoverings, Wall Panels, Ceilings, Interior Furnishings, tiles, flooring, commercial carpet, Partitions, natural stone, suspended ceilings, commercial furniture or related interior specified products
- Comfortable with working autonomously under minimal supervision
- Capable of seeing specifications through to completion via Contractors
- Capable of new business generation and expanding existing relationships
- Personable, dynamic, enthusiastic and genuine ‘get up and go’
