Systems Associate

Description:

This role is to qualify all the data entry in various systems. The candidate must have superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills. This person will need to be a self-motivator able to develop effective working relationships inter-departmentally, reach potential agreements on plan of action and implement change per company standards and requirements.

• B.S. degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience in the food industry / quality assurance preferred
• FSMA awareness preferred
• Demonstrated computer skills in the following programs (at least intermediate level): MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Excel; Preferred experience in Document Management (Documentum), Zoom, Product Vision Advance Software (FSS), TrackWise
• Manage SQA approval task tracker.
• Review data in multiple systems and determine appropriateness of task approval per SQA procedure and companys' way of working which mitigates risk.
• Manage communication with multiple company functions.
• Document in systems - FSS, TrackWise.
