Description:
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create sourcing strategies, and guide them through the hiring journey.
- Conduct kick-off meetings, coordinate and conduct interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and manage communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Support offer and hiring decisions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Contribute to team OKRs and participate in ongoing TA development initiatives.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Previous experience in technical/engineering hiring
- Proficient at managing numerous roles simultaneously through reliable organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working in an international environment in tech or high-growth companies.
- An optimistic and results-driven approach to challenges.
- Experience working with Greenhouse
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
