Are you a seasoned embedded engineer ready to take technical ownership and lead something truly impactful?

One of the leading tech companies in Ireland is looking for a Team Lead Embedded Engineer to work on a brand-new project and bring to life the next generation of their flagship tech product. With more than €40 million in investment in recent years and an expanding global footprint to US, UK and Ireland, they’re scaling fast and launching a new generation of intelligent, connected hardware products aimed at improving safety and performance across critical industries.

This is a greenfield opportunity, as you’ll be the first embedded engineer on the ground, playing a pivotal role in building a new product from the ground up. You'll work directly with the CTO to define the firmware direction, shape the architecture, and help build out a high-performing embedded team.

Your mission:

• Lead the full lifecycle of firmware development for a new industrial tech product
• Design and develop reliable embedded firmware using C/C++ and Embedded Linux
• Define the architecture and processes, and help scale the team over time

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in embedded systems development (C/C++)
• Experience working with SoCs
• Background in video, image processing
