Tech Writer

Description:

You will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation for our products, services, and processes. This includes user manuals, API documentation, developer guides, knowledge base articles, and internal SOPs.

Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit technical documentation for a range of audiences (developers, end-users, internal teams).
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to understand product functionality and workflows.
• Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes and improvements.
• Follow and help improve documentation style guides and best practices.
• Assist in organizing documentation in a way that is easy to navigate and search.
• Participate in documentation reviews and incorporate feedback quickly and accurately.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Chemistry/Microbiology/Engineering/Validation gained within a biotech, pharma or health care organization
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver right first-time results under minimal direction
• Experience participating in and leading cross-functional teams
