An exciting opportunity for Technical Support Engineers with at least 2 years of experience in providing application support to join a Global Online Media Co in Dublin.

Your profile:

• 2+ years of experience in providing technical support/application support in a consulting role
• Good understanding of troubleshooting, testing, triaging, and escalating issues
• Understanding of XML and JSON data format.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries
• Hands-on experience in integrating REST APIs, knowledge of Postman or PAW to test APIs.
