Experience you need to have

  • Engineering support background with excellent comms skills
  • 2+ Years of technical support or application support with the 2 or 3 below skillset mentioned
  • Authentication & Authorisation Technologies - LDAP, SAML
  • Web Services - SOAP, REST, along with Data Extraction Technologies such as JDBC, and ODBC.
  • Networking - HTTP, TCP/IP
  • Experience in scripting language any of it - JavaScript (preferred), shell, Python, Perl, etc
  • Cloud Services- Azure, Google & Scripting would be good to have
