Description:
· Should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Should have good experience in managing Testing for a large-scale SAP implementation.
· Should have good understanding in HP ALM (Defect Management, Test Lab, and Test Execution)
· Coordinate a large-scale testing (over 100 testers and test more than 4000 test scripts)
· Should be able to generate ALM status reports.
· Should be able to be reporting dash boards.
· Define and track readiness for a Test Cycle through an established entry criteria.
· Define and track Test Cycle execution through an established exit criteria.
· Train the testers on ALM
· MF ALM Management
