Description:

Upstream Processing

• Operate and optimize single-use bioreactors (up to 2000L)
• Perform seed train, inoculum prep, scale-up, and harvest

Downstream Processing

• Execute chromatography, buffer prep, depth filtration, UF/DF, and viral filtration
• Clean and maintain columns and product-contact systems
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to deviation handling and BMR review

Commissioning & Start-Up

• Prepare/execute SAT, CTP, VTP protocols for downstream systems
• Commission UFDF skids, chromatography vessels, and filling lines
• Perform fieldwork, start-up, LOTO, and vendor coordination

Automation & Compliance

• Work with automation platforms (e.g., DeltaV) for process control
• Create and manage commissioning protocols with full GDP compliance
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and engineering change procedures
• Participate in safety walkdowns and cross-functional readiness meetings
