Full Job Description

We are presently recruiting a Weighbridge Administrator for our clients in Killarney, County Kerry. Office based, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and weighing in and out of Vehicles. You will need to be able to adjust to last minute changes and work with drivers to schedule pick-up or deliver for new or established clients when necessary. You should have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and an approachable and friendly personality. This is a full-time position based in Killarney.


  • Process high volume of customer orders.
  • Co-ordinate on time deliveries and arrange transportation.
  • Weigh vehicles in and out of premises.
  • Deliver top quality customer service.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Maintain accurate records.


  • Good geographical knowledge of County Kerry is essential.
  • Previous experience in Office Administration or Construction sectors would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, excel, word etc.
  • Considerable related customer oriented working experience in a busy environment.
