Workvivo’s Onboarding Project Team is a group of world-class Implementation experts that partner up with all of our Workvivo Customers guiding them through our tried and tested onboarding methodology. Our main focus is to upskill project teams on all of the fantastic Workvivo features, share all of our best practices, support them through change management & ultimately make sure their Workvivo launch is a huge success. There is no better feeling!!

What We're Looking For
 

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience using software project implementation techniques and approaches
  • Experience proactively managing multiple customer projects within scope and schedule
  • Experience delivering high customer satisfaction with every interaction
  • Experience delivering training workshops and presentations in person and by video conferencing
  • Experience collaborating with key stakeholders cross functionally
  • Must be bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
