As an Solutions/Integration Specialist, you’ll design, deliver, and support integrations between the platform and key enterprise systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, and Coupa.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and ensure smooth configuration, testing, and delivery.

What you’ll do

• Partner with customers to analyse workflows and data flows
• Design and document secure, efficient API-based integration solutions
• Collaborate with developers and support teams on testing and troubleshooting
• Drive automation and process improvement across integration projects

What you bring

• 4+ years’ experience delivering API integrations (REST, JSON, XML)
• Background working with ERP / AP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
• Experience in customer facing roles - Onboarding, Requirement Gathering, demos etc
• Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Postman
