Associate Lawyer

Description:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Corporate team, playing a key role in delivering high-value public and private M&A transactions, complex reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate governance matters for leading Irish and international clients.

The Associate will support the full lifecycle of corporate deals, from due diligence and structuring to document drafting, negotiation and execution.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified solicitor
• 2-4 years’ PQE;
• Corporate law experience;
• Excellent academics;
• Strong team player;
• Commercial awareness;
• Enthusiastic;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
