You Will:
- Lead the delivery of automation and control system projects from planning to implementation
- Ensure automated systems meet quality, compliance, and manufacturing requirements
- Work proactively across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and vendor teams
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication at all stages
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, reporting, and documentation
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely project progress
Skills / Experience:
- Experience with automation or control systems in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Hands-on knowledge of automated control systems
- Excellent communication, proactivity, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and integration
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of project management experience within automation, engineering, or manufacturing
- Experience implementing automation solutions in pharma/biopharma
- Strong documentation, presentation, and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, QA, and manufacturing teams
