You Will:

  • Lead the delivery of automation and control system projects from planning to implementation
  • Ensure automated systems meet quality, compliance, and manufacturing requirements
  • Work proactively across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and vendor teams
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication at all stages
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, reporting, and documentation
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely project progress

 

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience with automation or control systems in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry
  • Hands-on knowledge of automated control systems
  • Excellent communication, proactivity, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and integration

 

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of project management experience within automation, engineering, or manufacturing
  • Experience implementing automation solutions in pharma/biopharma
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, QA, and manufacturing teams
