As Care Manager, will be responsible for:

· Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

· Supervising and supporting care staff.

· Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

· Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

· NMBI-registered Nurse (essential).

· Experience with older people (preferred, not essential).

· Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.

· Full driving licence required.

· Kind, proactive, and professional approach.

· Previous supervisory or managerial experience is a plus.
