Channel Lead

Description:

Channel Lead, Channel Management is an execution-focused role responsible for translating agreed channel priorities into scalable governance, operational processes, distributor management routines, and performance visibility across EMEA. The role manages channel performance, removes operational friction, and supports country teams through practical tools, structured governance, and disciplined follow-up. This role reports to the Director, Market Development and Business Integration EMEA and partners closely with Business leaders, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and country teams. The role supports strategic decision-making through structured analysis and recommendations but does not own final strategic channel decisions.
