Description:
KKR is seeking a Client and Product Services Lead – Credit to lead the Dublin-based CAPS Credit function. This is a senior role combining hands-on execution of the most complex Credit client deliverables with leadership of the team responsible for RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, and ongoing monitoring across KKR's Credit strategies. The Lead will act as the day-to-day owner of Credit CAPS output managing teams in both Dublin and New York, partnering closely with the Global Head of CAPS, Credit Product Strategy, and investment teams to ensure every response is accurate, consistent, on-message, and delivered on time. Beyond execution, the Lead will drive the quality bar, coach and develop the team, own key stakeholder relationships, and lead initiatives that scale the function — including content governance, template optimization, and adoption of AI-enabled productivity tools.
Responsibilities
- Credit Client Monitoring & Execution: Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of complex Credit client deliverables (RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, and ad-hoc inquiries) across KKR's private and public credit strategies. Personally own the most sensitive, senior, or strategically important responses.
- Subject-Matter Expertise – Credit: Serve as a senior resource on KKR's Credit platform — investment strategy, product structure, portfolio construction, performance, and firm-level content — enabling the team to respond with accuracy and conviction.
- Quality & Content Governance: Review and quality-check team deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved disclosures and firm positioning. Proactively identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies in Credit responses and escalate or resolve as appropriate.
- Team Leadership: Lead the CAPS Credit team in both Dublin and New York as day-to-day representative for the Global Head of CAPS. Own workflow coordination, prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery standards. Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback; foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture; and support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with Credit Product Strategy, Credit investment teams, and cross-functional partners (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Client Solutions). Represent the CAPS Credit team in regional and global forums on workflow, resourcing, and delivery standards.
- Escalation & Judgement: Serve as the primary point of escalation for the team on Credit content questions, prioritization trade-offs, and stakeholder engagement. Make sound judgement calls balancing execution urgency with oversight and quality.
- Process Improvement & Strategic Contribution: Drive initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, and quality of Credit client monitoring — including template optimization, content management library development, and adoption of AI-enabled productivity tools. Identify and standardize best practices across the team to support consistent global delivery.
- Leadership Communication: Communicate clearly and proactively with senior leadership on capacity, risks, timelines, and process improvement opportunities within the Credit CAPS function.

- Leadership Experience: Prior people leadership or team lead experience, with a demonstrated collaborative and supportive leadership style; track record of coaching and developing talent.
