Our client, a global insurance and risk advisor, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their commercial department. After a spectacular end to 2023, they are continuing to expand globally, with large-scale growth plans for Ireland over the next 2 years.

As an Account Executive within the commercial department, your role will be to proactively maintain a book of business across all sectors and grow it at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of service.
• Analyze and assess client portfolios, identifying opportunities for additional coverage or modifications to existing policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow the existing book of business.
• Stay abreast of market trends and changes in the commercial insurance landscape to provide knowledgeable advice and service to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
   

Qualifications
 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Proven track record of managing and growing an existing book of business.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market trends.
• Excellent communication, IT, and client service skills.
• Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum APA Commercial or Grandfathered Commercial with proof of up-to-date CPD.
