Commercial Insurance Broker

Description:

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing commercial renewals, securing new business, and handling mid-term policy alterations. You will be expected to meet individual income targets, manage aged debt, and ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and internal procedures. Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients will also be key parts of your remit.

What you'll need to succeed

• CIP qualification (or grandfathered) in Commercial General Insurance
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar commercial insurance role
• Compliance with Fitness & Probity standards
• Strong market, product, and technical knowledge
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A meticulous and client-focused approach
