What Youll Do
 

• Empower individualsas a keyworker, helping them identify and achieve personal goals in employment, education, and social inclusion.
• Facilitate community engagementby supporting people to build friendships, access activities, and develop natural support networks.
• Innovate & problem-solveby exploring assistive technology and creative solutions to enhance independence.
• Collaborate with families & local servicesto create sustainable, person-cantered support plans.
• Lead by examplein promoting dignity, choice, and active citizenship for the people we support.

Essential Requirements
 

• Qualification:Degree in Social Care or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:2+ years in disability/social care (open to relevant transferable skills).
• Drivers License:Full clean license (required for community-based support).
