Community Alcohol Detox Coordinator

Description:

The role involves providing one-to-one support to individuals seeking help with alcohol use, with a particular focus on those preparing for, undertaking, or sustaining community-based detox and treatment.

The successful candidate will work directly with service users while coordinating care across GPs, hospital teams, and community addiction services to ensure a joined-up, person-centred approach. The role also includes supporting the development of pathways, partnerships, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
