📌 What the role involves:

• Advising on merger control under EU and Irish rules
• Foreign direct investment screening
• Antitrust investigations
• State aid and foreign subsidies regulation
• Public procurement law
• Economic and sectoral regulation, including telecoms, energy, transport, and more

• Strong academic record and experience in competition law
