Description:

Our client is a leading Irish main contractor with operations in Ireland, UK and overseas.

They are currently undertaking several large residential (apartment) projects across Dublin, circa €50m+ which are commencing in the coming weeks'.

 

Responsibilities

  • An Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management Degree
  • Minimum 10 years residential / commercial / mixed-use development construction experience
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project/Powerproject etc.
  • Thorough understanding of the construction industry and broad understanding of regulatory environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to deal with the whole financial and programme planning elements of the project.
